67% of Afghans lack clean water.
Held hostage by an intensifying economic crisis, the Afghan people struggle daily to secure their basic needs, including clean water, food and shelter.
Much of Afghanistan’s water is contaminated. As a result, many Afghan communities suffer from severe water-borne diseases, ranging from dehydration and dysentery to cholera and hepatitis, sometimes resulting in death.
Human Aid & Advocacy are in Afghanistan constructing water wells in some of the most needy communities.
It is said in the Qur’an, “We made from water every living thing” (Surah al-Anbiyaa’ 21:30). As humans, our uses of water are manifold, including consumption, agriculture, washing, sanitation and more.
These water wells are built in areas of high poverty and unemployment where many families struggle daily to feed their children. You can support vulnerable and displaced local communities, including widows and orphans, with daily access to clean, safe drinking water.
Your donation can help Afghan survivors find nutritional relief and fulfil their basic health needs.
You can provide clean and safe drinking water to Afghan survivors for £800
Donate a water well today and grant impoverished Afghan communities safe access to a fundamental human right.
