My Story

Through his giant example, my beloved late father, Mohammed Abdul Hannan, taught me all about the importance and divine blessing of looking after orphans ... indeed, he was a much needed 'father' to many. And through my beloved late wife, Nasifa Hannan (Rinee), who was the epitome of kindness, selflessness and charity, I am inspired and guided to this charitable endeavour. In honour of their memory and indeed in sadaqah jariyah, I am thus pleased to join the Eternal Impact Cycling Club on its Tour du Maroc (Stage II: Marrakech to Fes) in November, a cycling challenge across 350 arduous miles. This especial tour is to raise awareness and much needed funds for the orphans of Afghanistan. Children in this desperate land, who have had their fathers taken, are forced to beg for food and work, instead of schooling and playing ... they need support, they need hope. We hope for your kind consideration and any donation.

The Story

Orphan Sponsorship

In Afghanistan, 26 of Afghanistan’s 68 orphanages have been shut down due to the current economic crisis.

Suffering from decades of conflict, dwindling food shortages and hunger, the people of Afghanistan are in dire need of support. None are more so deserving than the orphans.

Human Aid & Advocacy are providing essential shelter, food, education and healthcare to the children of the shuhadah.

Your donation will provide continuous support to much needed beneficiaries, -providing these orphans with a strong foundation for a bright future.

The Prophet (pbuh) said, “The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this”, and he (pbuh) held his two fingers together to illustrate. [Bukhari]

Give yourself the opportunity to be with the Prophet (pbuh) and support Afghanistan’s next generation with education, food, healthcare and shelter.
