charity week As per Charity Week of 2024, Siraj and Abdullah have set out to conquer Cadair Idris 🏔️, to see the wonders of Allah عزَّوجَل and his creation and reconnect with our brothers for the sake of Allah عزَّوجَل قُلْ سِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ بَدَأَ ٱلْخَلْقَ ۚ "Say o Prophet 'Travel throughout the lands and see how He originated the creation.'" 🌏 29:20 All money raised for this endeavour will go towards supporting the true heros, the true believers who have full trust in Allah عزَّوجَل, the people of Palestine 🇵🇸 . Its been over a year and it may seem to us that this is a normal occurence, seeing daily updates of families displaced, jannazah prayers lead by small children on behalf of their loved ones, but this is not normal. The ummah is bleeding and we seem to have stopped caring about it, as if the flow of blood is just like rain and nothing to worry about. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, the believers are like bricks of a building, each part strengthening the other,” and the Prophet clasped his fingers together. 🧱 Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 481, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2585 The money raised will provide food, shelter, clothes to those who are in true need of it. We are blessed to live the way we live, numerous clothes at our disposal and food 🍗 to keep our bellies full and happy -but are we grateful? The donations you make will serve as a reminder for what we have, for the things we dont take gratitude for and hopefully act as a sadaqah jariyah, a lamp 🕯️ to help light up our graves when we will need it the most. وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ ۖ And remember, When your Lord proclaimed "If you are grateful, I will surely give you more." 🤲 14 : 7 May Allah عزَّوجَل reward each of us for any donations, no matter the price the intention far outweighs the quantity donated - so make sure to donate for His sake and His sake alone. Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another except that Allah ﷻ increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah ﷻ except that Allah ﷻ raises his status.
