MALI FOOD RELIEF APPEAL

Mali is a blessed Muslim land and a vital part of our Ummah. Yet in recent years, armed conflict, climate shocks, epidemics, and political instability have driven deep food insecurity and mass displacement. A vast, landlocked country at the heart of the Sahel, an estimated 1.5 million people have been forced from their homes since 2012.

Need is escalating fast. Poverty now affects 78.1% of the population. Stunting impacts 30.4% of children under five, and around 367,000 children are severely acutely malnourished. This year alone, over 1.24 million Malians will require urgent food assistance.

Human Aid & Advocacy is on the ground providing food packs to families in need—so our brothers and sisters are not left hungry, unseen, or forgotten.

Zakah Certification & Compliance

All our Zakah projects are certified by the Islamic Finance Advisory of the Islamic Council (formerly the Islamic Council of Europe). We consult them regularly to ensure continued compliance with their Zakah policy.
