My Story

Through his giant example, my beloved late father, Mohammed Abdul Hannan, taught me all about the importance and divine blessing of looking after orphans ... indeed, he was a much needed 'father' to many. With this in mind, in honour of his memory and indeed in sadaqah jariyah, I am pleased to join the Al-Imaan Cycling Club on its Tour du Maroc (Stage 1: Agadir to Marrakech) in November, a cycling challenge across the Atlas Mountains. This especial tour is all to raise awareness and much needed funds for the orphans of Afghanistan and Syria. Children in these desperate lands, who have had their fathers taken, are forced to beg for food and work, instead of schooling and playing ... they need support, they need hope. By joining and supporting The Hope Squad, our mission is to sponsor 500 orphans across Afghanistan and Syria. Thank you for your kind consideration and any donation.

The Story

Orphan Sponsorship

In Afghanistan, 26 of Afghanistan’s 68 orphanages have been shut down due to the current economic crisis.

Suffering from decades of conflict, dwindling food shortages and hunger, the people of Afghanistan are in dire need of support. None are more so deserving than the orphans.

Human Aid & Advocacy are providing essential shelter, food, education and healthcare to the children of the shuhadah.

Your donation will provide continuous support to much needed beneficiaries, -providing these orphans with a strong foundation for a bright future.

The Prophet (pbuh) said, “The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this”, and he (pbuh) held his two fingers together to illustrate. [Bukhari]

Give yourself the opportunity to be with the Prophet (pbuh) and support Afghanistan’s next generation with education, food, healthcare and shelter.

£40 monthly

£480 annually
