My Story

Having done few competitions with my compound bow, I decided to do first competition in traditional archery, with an Ottoman bow, to raise funds for Paghman Girls School because they are in need, to improve learning facilities for young girls in Afghanistan while enjoying a fun and friendly competition. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to make a difference! Please join us on the Sat 2nd November to see and appreciate this Sunnah and see real pro shooting (I ll be on the side trying to get at least one arrow on target)

The Story

Located in a rural village on the outskirts of Kabul, the Paghman Girls School serves 160 students from the ages of 6 to 20 years, teaching Islamic studies, mathematics and local literature.

Many teachers have not been paid for almost a year owing to a lack funding and support, and the centre has only been able to continue, largely due to the donations and help of the local people of Paghman. The school is in need of expansion and requires funding to expand the premises and services to the local community.

£5000 would help contribute to building a classroom

£50 a desk

£40 a prayer space
