The prophet (SAW) said: ‘Charity does not decrease wealth’. Dear Brothers and Sisters, By the will of Allah swt, I will be partaking in a charity trek on the 28th of June 2024, to help raise money for our brothers and sisters in Gaza. This action is very small compared to what our brothers and sisters in Gaza are enduring daily. It is heart breaking to see images, news reports and social media reports of their daily sufferings while I am at home with my family who are blessed with food, clothes and shelter. I will be embarking on a trek up mount Snowdonia to raise awareness and funds. Collecting donations is seen as a burden as it involves the dealing and distribution of people’s hard earned money. I am willing to take this ‘burden’ on for the people of Gaza. With your help In shaa Allah, I would like to be able to raise as much as possible to help provide food, sanitary products, clothes, clean water, shelter and more for those affected by this devastating war.
